Charging Robotics is committed to providing content on this website that is accessible to the general public as far as possible, regardless of the technology on which the website was built. We work to update and implement accessibility rules as far as possible in accordance with the principles of the accessibility standard.
The site aims to comply with the accessibility requirements for level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The site is built according to the W3C standard for CSS, and the HTML is optimised for display in the leading browsers.
Website structure and accessibility adjustments
On every page you can navigate to the next clickable area using the Tab key, and to the previous clickable area using Shift + Tab. This applies in the main menu as well as in other areas of each page.
The content on the website is written in an orderly and hierarchical manner, using correctly nested headings so that screen readers can move through a page by structure.
All meaningful images on the site carry alternative text descriptions. Decorative graphics are marked so that screen readers skip them rather than announcing them.
A “skip to content” link is provided as the first focusable element on each page, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
Interactive elements show a visible focus outline, and text contrast has been checked against the WCAG AA minimum of 4.5:1 for body text.
The site respects the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting. If you have that preference enabled, animations and automatic movement are disabled.
ARIA
ARIA attributes have been implemented on this website where native HTML is not sufficient, which helps screen readers interpret the site’s content more accurately.
