  Yaki Baranes

  CEO Inc.

  Yaki is an experienced strategic analyst with years of experience from leading firms such as Frost and Sullivan and Baker Tilly. Yaki is skilled in business strategy planning and implementations on a corporate level and business unit level. His experience also includes working with start- up companies in shaping their business plans and supporting their capital raising needs. He Holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the IDC, Herzliya. Yaki consulted numerous companies in all industry types and helped them achieve scale and profitability.

  Hovav Gilan

  CEO Ltd.

  An experienced technological visionary and business manager with vast experience in solving complex problems, identifying early stage technologies and commercializing them to deliver valuable products. As CEO of WellToDo, Hovav commercialized a laboratory technological concept and transformed it to a large scale POC and proven field pilot. Hovav’s experience also includes global sales, marketing and business development with public companies such as Nova Measuring Instruments (NASDQ NVMI) as well as small startup companies. Hovav is a graduate of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology with B.A. Chemistry and B.Sc. Chemical Eng. and an M.B.A from the University of Liverpool. Hovav is a graduate of the prestigious Merage Institute Managers development program.

  Arnon Gilan Ph.D

  Senior System Engineer

  Has over 50-year experience in design, system engineering and project management, mostly with RAFAEL, where he managed major projects such as active-radar-homing air-to-air missile and Infantry fighting vehicle upgrade, in addition to positions in QA (ISO 9000 lead auditor), procurement and business unit management. Holds a B.Sc. summa cum laude M.Sc from the Technion and Ph.D. from MIT, all in mechanical engineering. As a Senior Adjunct Teaching Fellow supervised for eight years final projects at the Technion graduate program of System Engineering

• Tali Dinar

  CFO

  Tali Dinar servs as our Chief Financial Officer since September 2025 and is a member of our Board of Directors from April 2023. Since 2021, Ms. Dinar has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Xylo Technologies Ltd., the Company’s former parent company, a position she held until 2025. From January 2019 to January 2023, Ms. Dinar was the Chief Financial Officer of Novomic Ltd., a private company. She currently serves on the boards of directors of Jeffs’ Brands (since September 2021) and Parazero Ltd. (since February 2022) In addition, she served as a member of the board of directors of Micronet Ltd. (TASE: MCRNT) from July 2016 to February 2023. Between 2019 and 2020, Ms. Dinar served as Chief Financial Officer of TechCare Corp. (currently Citrine Global Corp.) (OTCQB: CTGL). From 2009 to 2019, she held various positions within the MICT group, including Chief Financial Officer of MICT Inc. (Nasdaq: MICT) and Chief Financial Officer of MICT Telematics Ltd. From 2002 to 2006, Ms. Dinar served as Chief Controller at I.T.L. Optronics Ltd., and from 1997 to 2000, she worked in the audit department of Ernst & Young Global. Ms. Dinar is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Business Management from The College of Management, Israel.
